Orders are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page at checkout.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith based on current production and inventory schedules. Orders may ship earlier than estimated.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Transit time begins once the order has been transferred to the carrier and is separate from the estimated fulfillment period.
30-Day Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the PUFFER must be unused, uninflated outdoors, clean, undamaged, and returned with all original components, accessories, packaging, and storage bags.
Products showing signs of outdoor use, dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, punctures, abrasion, moisture, improper inflation, or other use may not qualify for a standard return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to a Puffer fulfillment error.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe provided at purchase, we will notify you with an updated estimated shipping date and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

KEEP IT CLEAR
Avoid sharp objects, abrasive surfaces, open flames, and extreme heat.
INFLATE
Inflate until the chair is fully formed and supportive. The integrated pressure-relief valve automatically releases excess air above the recommended pressure to help protect the chair from overinflation.
PACK DRY
Always make sure the chair is clean and completely dry before packing.
STORE
Fully deflate and store in the Puffer carry bag in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.
REPAIR
For small punctures, clean and completely dry the affected area before applying the included repair patch.

SETUP
01 — UNPACK
Remove the Puffer Air Chair from its carry bag and unfold completely.
02 — LOCATE VALVE
Find the inflation valve and make sure the pressure-relief valve is clear and unobstructed.
03 — CONNECT PUMP
Attach the Puffer Chair Pump securely to the inflation valve.
04 — INFLATE
Inflate until the chair is fully formed and supportive. The integrated pressure-relief valve automatically releases excess air above the recommended pressure.
05 — DISCONNECT
Remove the pump and securely close the inflation valve.
06 — SIT
Your Puffer Air Chair is ready.

PACKING IT UP
01 — OPEN
Open the inflation valve and allow the chair to begin deflating.
02 — DEFLATE
Gently press excess air out of the chair. Do not force or sharply crease the material.
03 — FOLD
Lay the chair flat and fold it neatly toward the valve, pushing out any remaining air as you go.
04 — PACK
Place the folded chair into the Puffer carry bag.
05 — GO
Zip it up. Grab it. Take it wherever’s next.
