Orders are expected to ship within ESTIMATED 6 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page at checkout.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith based on current production and inventory schedules. Orders may ship earlier than estimated.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Transit time begins once the order has been transferred to the carrier and is separate from the estimated fulfillment period.

30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, the PUFFER must be unused, uninflated outdoors, clean, undamaged, and returned with all original components, accessories, packaging, and storage bags.

Products showing signs of outdoor use, dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, punctures, abrasion, moisture, improper inflation, or other use may not qualify for a standard return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to a Puffer fulfillment error.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe provided at purchase, we will notify you with an updated estimated shipping date and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Use a ground layer. Place a tarp or thin protective layer beneath the tent whenever possible.

Keep it clean. Wipe dirt, sand, and debris away with fresh water and a soft damp cloth.

Skip the chemicals. Do not use bleach, harsh cleaners, solvents, or abrasive products.

Dry before storing. Never pack the tent away wet or damp. Allow it to air-dry completely to help prevent mildew and odor.

Protect the air system. Keep valves clean and free of sand or debris. Make sure valve caps are secured before use.

Inflate responsibly. Use the recommended Puffer pump and avoid exceeding the specified inflation pressure.

Watch the surface. Avoid sharp rocks, branches, hot surfaces, sparks, and other objects that could puncture or damage the fabric.

Store it right. Deflate fully, loosely fold or roll, and store in the Puffer duffel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Repair small damage early. Clean and completely dry the damaged area before applying a Puffer repair patch.

Keep it away from flame. Puffer tents are not fireproof. Keep open flames, heaters, stoves, and high-heat sources a safe distance from the tent.
