THE PUFFER WARRANTY
Built to go. Backed to last.
Every PUFFER is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The PUFFER Air System—including the integrated air base, air frame, factory seams, and valves—is covered for 3 years from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
If something fails because we made it wrong, we’ll make it right.
WHAT’S COVERED
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including eligible failures of:
• Air frame construction
• Integrated air base construction
• Factory-welded seams
• Valves and factory-installed air components
• Zippers and stitching
• Fabric construction
Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear, punctures, cuts, abrasion, burns, animal damage, improper storage, modifications, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by conditions or use beyond the product’s intended design.

If your PUFFER has an issue, contact us. We’ll evaluate the problem and determine the best solution—repair, replacement component, product replacement, or another reasonable resolution.

What is the return policy
30 day return policy, Item must have no damage or wear with its original packaging.
What if it gets punctured
The PUFFER Air_Frame & Air_Base are fully accessible for repair, peel & stick patch kit (included). Patches are chemically bonded so the bladder maintains its original strength.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, the order will be subject to our standard Return Policy.
