The PUFFER Air System—including the integrated air base, air frame, factory seams, and valves—is covered for two years from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
If something fails because we made it wrong, we’ll make it right.

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including eligible failures of:

• Integrated air base construction
• Factory-welded seams
• Valves and factory-installed air components
• Zippers and stitching

WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear, punctures, cuts, abrasion, burns, animal damage, improper storage, modifications, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by conditions or use beyond the product’s intended design.
